Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a practical, goal-oriented therapy that focuses on the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It works specifically with current problems and patterns to facilitate tangible present-day change.

history

Psychodynamic Approach

This approach explores how past experiences and childhood dynamics shape your present-day self. At Feelings, we often combine these deep insights with CBT techniques to provide a comprehensive path toward healing.

Exposure Therapy

A specialized branch of CBT highly successful for phobias and anxiety. It is a structured, safe method following clear protocols to help individuals confront fears and reduce avoidance in a controlled environment.

How CBT Works

Breaking cycles through understanding the interconnected self.

Thoughts What we think
Feelings What we feel
Behaviors What we do
sync

Our reactions often become habits through repetition, creating a cycle where negative thoughts fuel difficult emotions and unhelpful behaviors.

CBT uses practical, evidence-based exercises to help you identify these patterns and provide the tools needed to break the cycle and build healthier responses.
